Capacity building of the members of EduFutura for planning and implementation of EU projects

In order to achieve the objectives, participants will attend the three following courses: “Efficient & Effective Project Management for EU funded Projects”, “Secure EU funding: access EU funds” and “EU project design and project cycle management for Education”. The themes of the courses are similar, but there are some differences, which were the reasons participants chose these courses on the basis of their personal needs and interests.

Three members of EduFutura will participate in the project. Two of them have considerable experience in delivery of adult education programs and in supporting school teachers in integration of technology in teaching and learning. One participant works in the field of general affairs and maintenance. All participants have some experience in project implementation, however they lack up-to-date knowledge on planning and management of EU projects, as well as in finding adequate EU funding possibilities necessary for implementation of organizational activities.

Except participating in the preparations using learning materials and attending the courses, the participants will have meetings in order to prepare themselves for attendance in the courses, evaluate the courses and choose between the methodologies covered in the courses which they will use in finding adequate EU funding possibilities, planning and implementation of the EU projects. They will also run workshops for other members of EduFutura in order to enhance their competences. Dissemination activities, which are also very important, will take place in social networks Twitter and Facebook, Erasmus+ Project Results Platform and EPALE platform.

The achieved competences of the participants in the field of finding adequate EU funding possibilities, planning and management of EU projects are the most important results of the project. The envisaged impact will only be achieved after the participants implement the future projects in which planning and management they will incorporate competences acquired during this project. These projects will be implemented at the European level and focused on learning and cooperation through integration of new technologies, innovations and creativity.
